Hell is a Crucial Part of the Human Experience

It’s really funny when you realize just how many times you can emerge from hell in this Game of Life.
It’s funny only after you’ve emerged for the dozenth time. It’s not so funny before then.
Anything less than a dozen, you won't realize what’s even happening.
You’ll fear you’re going insane. Strong desire to isolate, anxiety, fatigue, stagnation, doubt, exhaustion, sleep deprivation, weight gain or loss. No one who understands you — depression.
But somehow it all passes, and then you have a season of finding your way back to yourself.
And as soon as you feel confident enough to take over the whole world, you only stay in that confidence just long enough to think — I’ve finally accomplished it! Before being sent back to the underworld again for another season of doubting yourself and wishing to rest in peace, but not finding it.
Here’s something I’ve come to learn after emerging for the dozenth time and now laughing at how funny this life is —
Hell is a crucial part of the human experience.
To find peace, you must find comfort sitting in hell to obtain it.
Doubt does not have to come with anxiety, fear, and stagnation.
Stressing is completely optional, not a mandatory reaction.
A peaceful inner world experiences doubt all the time. But only after accepting doubt can you obtain this inner peace.
When being an observer, you are in the seat of constant doubt. You don't entertain thoughts that arise from what you’ve observed. It’s simple acceptance, instead. Accepting all that you've observed as just part of this illusion is what gives you true internal peace.
Everything is an illusion. Understanding this is understanding what it means to find peace in doubt.
Thoughts arise, and gracefully pass. There is no truth in them, so why entertain them?
Therefore, you're in constant doubt, but with no consequences for this doubt.
Unlike being oblivious to this doubt, you will inherently attract painful consequences for your belief in the falseness.
Doubt becomes your natural state of being. You know deeply that you don’t know anything at all, and that gives you complete and total peace.
Focusing on thoughts and entertaining them, you will inevitably cause stress on the body.
When focusing your awareness on the breath moving through your body, you will inevitably cause the nervous system to relax. This will help you move through your season of hell much quicker and with great ease.
Both are in doubt, but only one is at peace.
And after the dozenth time of this cycle, you realize this is the consequence of duality, and it’s your choice to either accept or resist the process. This reality is bound to the law of duality.
Entertaining thoughts is resisting the process. Focusing on the breath and the body, you are accepting the process to occur naturally and gracefully.
Still in doubt, but without stress.
You cannot escape the process, as it is all happening in the physical moment of existence. So what to do?
Give up knowledge and claim your peace. You will never know without doubt what you're convincing yourself you know as truth. But you are prone to stressing yourself out when attaching to an illusion as fact.
And since everything is an illusion, you and I included, understanding this and remaining aware of this will allow true peace to reign over your doubt.
Previous experience is shared as a knowledgeable opinion with perhaps a theory or theology attached to it. It is not the truth.
Only the lived experience is true. What is then shared of this experience is illusion.
So whether you are aware of your doubt or not, whether you are gracefully navigating your human journey or not... doesn't change the fact that we all are living in doubt.
True peace comes from becoming aware of this place of doubt and accepting it as part of your whole human experience.
